Temporarily caches processed files on the server for a maximum of 30 minutes before automatic deletion
Does not provide a searchable library, index, or catalog of any copyrighted material
Does not modify, alter, or re-upload copyrighted content to any platform

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the originating platform. PdfStuffAI does not encourage, endorse, or condone the unauthorized downloading or distribution of copyrighted material.

4. DMCA Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice via our Feedback widget with the following information:

Since we do not permanently store any user-requested content, takedown in most cases refers to URL blocking rather than content removal.

Additionally, our AI-powered monitoring systems may be used to assist in identifying and blocking patterns of repeated infringement across our platform.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to block access to users who repeatedly submit requests for URLs that are the subject of valid DMCA takedown notices.

7. Limitation & Operator Liability Exemption

PdfStuffAI is a tool. Like a web browser, a media player, or a photocopier, the tool itself does not infringe copyright — the responsibility lies with how users choose to use it. The operator is not responsible for anything or liable for any misuse, copyright infringement, or losses resulting from the use of this tool. Use strictly at your own risk.
